Travel opportunity...
Ever been to Bora Bora? Easter Island? Pitcairn (of "Mutiny on the Bounty" fame)? How about Aitutaki? Wuvulu? Niuatoputapu? Ever wonder what was on those tiny green dots spread sparsely across that big blue page in the atlas marked "South Pacific"? If you're picturing palm trees, amiable islanders, and impossibly perfect tropical beaches, you're right-but you've only got a fraction of the story.
Few of these islands have airports. Or resorts. Many don't even have regular mail service. What they do have is fantastically unique (and amazingly intact) exotic cultures, world-class scuba diving and snorkeling, and more wonders than you'd ever think could fit on such diminutive landmasses.
